      The Meetings of Local-level Appraisal Committee on Approving Sub-Department Leaders Training Program

      The meeting of Local-level Appraisal Committee was organized on Saturday, 24th March 2012 by MCaD at Thang Long Ford Building, Lang Ha Street, Ha Noi to review and approve Sub-Department Leader Training Program that has been sign between MCaD and Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA).

      Following the contract with MOHA, MCaD has been conducting different activities during last 6 months including: (1) survey on training-need assessment of sub-department leaders in 3 provinces/cities and 9 ministries and central-level organizations; (2) Workshop with participation of surveyed organizations and individuals for the feedbacks to the survey report; (3)  draft Sub-Department Leader Training Program SDLTP and attached guideline on SDLTP implementation.  MCaD has agreed with MOHA and its Training Department on organizing Local-Level Appraisal Committee to review and approve SDLTP.

      The members of Local-level Appraisal Committee and invited experts from MOHA and related institutions has participated the meetings. The meetings participants were briefed the draft SDLTP presented by SDLTP Preparation Team before listening to the two comments from two independent experts. The members of Local-level Appraisal Committee have discussed to improve draft SDLTP including its contents and format, and then voted for its appraisal. The meetings of Low-level Appraisal Committee has been conducted in line of  defined official procedure. The result of the meetings will be submitted to MOHA. In the conclusion of the meetings, Doctor Nguyen Khac Hung – Chair of Local-level Appraisal Committee has said that low-level appraisal committee had worked with high responsibility and followed defined procedure. He also highly appreciated the comments shared by the members of local-level appraisal members. The draft SDLTP documents will be revised accordingly and submitted to authorized bodies in coming days.
